• Upon registration or wallet connection, you ('User', 'Player', 'You', or 'Your') agree to comply with all MemeWin rules and policies.
• This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and MemeWin.
• These Terms become effective the moment you connect your wallet and start using the site.
• MemeWin reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Website; continued use constitutes acceptance.
• In the event of conflict, these Terms prevail over any other rules, promotions, or external materials.
• Only the English version of these Terms is legally binding. Translations are for convenience only.

4.1 Wallet Login (Dynamic.xyz)

• MemeWin uses Dynamic.xyz (or other supported connectors) for wallet-based login and authentication. By connecting a wallet, you confirm you are the lawful owner of that wallet and authorize MemeWin to recognize that wallet as your account.
• We never request your private keys. You must keep your wallet credentials and device secure. MemeWin is not responsible for losses caused by compromised wallets or leaked private keys.

4.2 Registration Details

• You may be asked to provide contact details (email, username) for account communication. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all actions taken using your connected wallet.

4.3 Multiple Accounts & Security

• Only one account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent limits may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
• Enable any offered platform security features (for example, 2FA for associated services) and secure your own wallet.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• You are at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).
• You are legally permitted to use online crypto gambling services where you are located.
• You are the lawful owner of the wallet you connect.
• You will not use VPNs or location spoofing to bypass regional restrictions.
• You will not use the Service for illegal or commercial purposes.
• You accept that cryptocurrency value may fluctuate and you bear all market risk.

7.1 Crypto-Only Policy

• MemeWin accepts deposits and withdrawals in supported cryptocurrencies only (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, BNB). No fiat, card, or bank-transfer deposits are accepted.
• All deposits must originate from wallets you control. Deposits from third-party wallets are prohibited.

7.2 Deposits

• Deposits are credited after the required blockchain confirmations. Network (gas) fees are payable by you.
• MemeWin may refuse or reverse deposits that appear to originate from blocked addresses or restricted sources.

7.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address you provide. MemeWin may require you to confirm the destination wallet prior to processing.
• You must have sufficient cleared balance to cover a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed to investigate suspected abuse or unusual activity.

7.4 Chargebacks & Reversals

• Crypto transactions are final on-chain. If MemeWin incurs losses because of chargebacks or reversals from third-party service providers (rare with on-chain), we reserve the right to recover amounts or charge administrative fees.

• Use bots, scripts, automated play tools, or any unauthorized software.
• Collude with other players or manipulate game outcomes.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Attempt to reverse or tamper with on-chain transactions.
• Exploit game bugs or platform vulnerabilities.

• All bonus offers and promotions are subject to specific Bonus Terms stated with each offer.
• Bonus abuse (including multiple accounts or rapid bonus switching) can lead to denial, reversal, or forfeiture of bonuses and closure of accounts.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-derived funds, as specified per promotion.

• Bets are accepted only once you receive on-screen confirmation. Bets placed with insufficient balance are void.
• MemeWin's internal logs and blockchain records are authoritative in case of disputes.
• If an event is canceled, suspended, or otherwise compromised, MemeWin will settle or void bets according to published game and market rules.
• For provably-fair games, verification tools and server seeds (where applicable) are made available per game; server logs are final.

• Internet or device failures
• Blockchain delays, forks, or network congestion
• Software bugs or third-party service outages

• Terms are violated
• Abuse, fraud, or suspicious behavior is detected
• Legal or regulatory obligations require it

• MemeWin promotes responsible gambling. You may request: Self-exclusion, Deposit limits, or Temporary suspension.
• If you suspect gambling harm, visit memewin.bet for immediate assistance.
• Underage gambling (under 18 or the local legal age) is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and funds handled per policy.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemeWin will not be liable for indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses, including lost profits or opportunity costs.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the value of your last deposit or an amount specified by applicable law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits such limitation.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MemeWin regarding the Service.
• If any clause is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms. MemeWin may assign or subcontract rights and obligations.
